We are a staff and volunteer-run drop-in facility that operates as a cafe on a Tuesday and a Thursday. You can also come along and try various craft activities on a Friday where we always try to provide a sandwich or soup and tea and coffee.
We provide support through one-to-one sessions, life skills and signposting to other agencies, thus enabling our clients and volunteers to access opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
In an enclosed courtyard contained within Kate’s Kitchen there is a new community project which aims to bring people together regardless of age, abilities or experience.
Drop in for a visit and see what’s on offer. Have a chat with a member of our friendly team.
We will be closed for one week from the 3rd July 2017. We open again on Tuesday 11th July.
Kate’s Kitchen provides an outreach service that seeks to identify and support those in our community who are vulnerable to social isolation and loneliness.
If you feel isolated and lonely or you know someone who does, please get in touch with us.
The days are getting longer, the daffodils are in bloom and we have been busy bees here at Kate’s Kitchen! From celebrating Robert Burn’s Birthday to our fun-filled Crafty Fridays, our Spring newsletter is packed full of information about all the things we get up to.
We look forward to seeing you!
