First of all we would like to wish you all a Happy New Year It definitely hasn’t been the start we had all hoped for.
As most of you will be aware, we are now back in lockdown, as the highly contagious Coronavirus spreads very quickly.
We want you all to stay safe. If you don’t understand the new rules, are worried how to get a test, or need to speak to someone, especially if you are alone, we are here to help.
We would like to reassure everyone in the community that we are open for referrals from other organisations, including social services. We continue to deliver hot meals & food parcels, to those most vulnerable and in need.
We also have our befriending telephone service available, to those isolated within the community.
As a result of the new lockdown & for everyone’s safety, we have had to limit the amount of staff, volunteers and clients who enter the building at any one time. Therefore there will be no face to face advice & support sessions.
All Langholm & Lockerbie ‘Pop Ups’ have also been cancelled.
Kirsty Lou & David are available for Advice/Support/Befriending by telephone only 01461 206444
